Pearl Mountain Olive Oil

From Pearl Mountain in Paarl, this (uncertified) Organic Olive Oil is a blend of Frantoio, Leccino and Coratina olives. According to David, the farmer, the trees have been left largely to Mother Nature since 2016, apart fro the very occasional organic foliar feed. He prunes, waters and then leaves them to “fight their own battles.”

The Olive Oil comes in a plain 2L BIB (Bag in Box) with a tap for easy dispensing. We have been extremely happy with the quality of our first order which we have been using for a couple of months now.
