Vincent from The Baker Specialist is a local baker who uses top quality ingredients to bake his sourdough breads, rolls and pastries. Freshly made on the day of collection he uses Gideon stoneground flour in all his bakes, butter in his pastries and organic potatoes in his potato samoosas.
